Payments
ONLY CASH will be accepted on the day of your appointment.
Card details will be kept on file in the events of cancellations and no shows – please see below for further information.
Appointments
An appointment can be amended or cancelled no less than 48hrs before your appointment. If the appointment has not been cancelled before the applicable cancellation period, your card will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is given. Your appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
In this event, your card will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Please note, any lateness will mean time is taken from your appointment and you may not receive the full service you booked for.
No plus ones – they will be turned away.
Disclaimer
I do not do any foreign infills. A removal and a fresh set will be required so please book the correct treatments.
If you have had a lash lift in the last 2.5 months, please note I am unable to do your lash extensions.
I do not offer treatments for anyone under the age of 16.
I do not offer treatments to pregnant ladies.
Requirements
Make sure you arrive to your appointment with clean lashes.
Strictly no contact lenses.
Any time spent removing makeup/mascara will be deducted from your service time which means you may not receive the full service you booked for.
A patch test is not legally required but if you feel this is something you will need, please book this no later than 48hrs before your appointment.
Any early arrivals will not be allowed in until the allotted time.
OUT OF HOURS (EXTRA £20)
Out of hours appointments result to an extra charge of £20.
